Ordering FAQ

1. How can I place an order? 
We accept online, phone, fax, and email orders. 
For custom made products, such as custom oligo, gene, peptide, protein and antibody project, please request a quote first. 

2. How will I know if you have received my order? 
You will receive email notification to confirm your order and ordering details. 

3. How soon can you ship? 
Once your order is confirmed, we can ship within 24 hours for any in stock products. If we don't have an item in stock, we will inform you about availability before processing your order. For custom made products, please refer to the quote for estimated delivery time. 

4. What are your payment terms? Can I pay with a credit card? 
Net 30 days with established credit. We accept Visa, Master Card and Paypal. 

5. When will you charge if I use credit card to purchase? 
Your credit card is typically charged at the time of delivery, however it can be charged any time after the order is placed and confirmed. 

6. What are your shipping terms? 
FOB Biomatik shipping points. 
Most orders are shipped by express courier service, unless otherwise requested. 
Shipping fees will be incurred by the customer for partial order shipments. 

7. What currency are the prices shown in? 
All prices are shown in US dollars. 
Please request prices in another currency if needed.

8. Do you have a distributor in my country? 
We can sell directly to USA, Canada, Australia and some European countries. As of June 2013, we have distributors or local presences in the following countries or areas: Japan, Brazil, Ecuador, Poland, Greece, South Korea, Lebanon, Ireland, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, Turkey, Tunisia, India, Pakistan, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong. 

9. Do you ship internationally? How long will it take to ship? 
Yes, we ship internationally. 
Delivery in USA/Canada is overnight by express courier service. 
To Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore it normally takes 2-4 days. 
For other countries, please enquire.
